The Malva is a perennial flower, with an annual presence and a purplish colour, which is why this house is located in the watchtower of Jardí D’Olivella. Due to the climate and its conditions, it is habitable all year round like the flower of the same name.

With views of the Calvario, the Monte de Santa Lucía and the Montgó, it also overlooks the green strip of the forests that breaks the blue expanse of the sea and the blue sky in its infinite possibilities.
The Monte de Santa Lucía directly in front, becomes another element of the garden of the house, almost feeling reachable from the terrace itself.
